Activities During Cardiac Rehabilitation

As time goes by, your tolerance for activity should increase and you can go out and do more. Keep in mind it is acceptable for you to leave events when you get tired.

Some activities you may enjoy include:

  • Taking a walk with friends
  • Going to the mall
  • Playing cards or checkers
  • Doing crafts
  • Knitting
  • Going to the movies or a play
  • Taking a nature walk
  • Taking a class at your community college
  • Volunteering at your church or local organization
